I am a mortgage loan officer with DNVR Lending, a boutique, independent mortgage brokerage in Denver's Highlands neighborhood. As a broker, I compare loan options from a network of national lenders and investors, so you are not limited to one bank's menu or pricing.
My goal is simple: explain every option in plain English, give you a straight answer about which one fits, and stay reachable from the first conversation through closing and beyond.
My Background
25 years of helping people make big decisions with clear numbers.
I am a Colorado native. I was born in Denver, went to Golden High School, attended Colorado College, and lived in Colorado Springs for most of my adult life, where I raised my kids. I have been a Broncos fan my whole life.
Before mortgages, I spent more than 25 years running a consulting firm that built forecasting and analytics for Fortune 500 healthcare and life sciences companies. That work was about turning complicated information into clear decisions.
I bring that same discipline to home financing. A mortgage is one of the largest financial decisions most people make, and you deserve to see the real trade-offs: monthly payment, cash to close, long-term cost, and what happens if your plans change.
I have also operated short-term rental properties myself, so I understand the questions investors ask about cash flow and financing from personal experience.
